You will need a Twilio account with a toll-free number. If you don't have one, head over there and get started for free.
You will also need a Google account. If you have a Gmail address you are all set, if you don't they only take a minute to setup.
Twilio's webhook feature allows you to do take steps when a text message is sent to your toll-free phone number. We can tell Twilio to take specific actions based on things like who sent the text or the contents of their message.
In order to wire up the Twilio side of things, simply follow these instructions.

By default, messages remain in a queued state, waiting for you to send them off via the add-on menu.
Automating these can be done with a few lines of code. Simply open your script editor window and paste in one of the examples below. Don't forget to save and redeploy!
